Payment

All prices stated in the online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in the online booking system. A fee is charged according to the applicable rules from nets. Payment can be made when booking via e-mail as a payment link.

Information about online trading

You can shop safely on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. You can read more about how you, as a consumer, should deal with payments online on the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk. Shipping and delivery When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will receive a confirmation of the ordered product. If you book a place via e-mail, you will also receive a confirmation. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Svinkløv Camping on the day of arrival and ends upon departure on the day of departure. Both of these times are stated in the above confirmation. Unused days are not refunded once you have started your holiday and your place cannot be resold to others during your stay.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

• The full price of the stay is paid upon booking.
• If cancelled or modified less than 30 days before arrival, 75% of the price of the stay will be refunded.
• For cancellations and changes 9-29 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded.
• For cancellations and changes 0-8 days before arrival, 0% of the price of the stay will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you MUST notify us in writing by email. Please reply to the email you received the booking from.

• If you shorten your stay/return before the end of your stay, no refund will be made.
• You cannot transfer or sell your stay to others.
• You cannot exchange people during a stay.

Force Majeure

If the rental is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, etc.), Svinkløv Camping is not liable for compensation for interrupted or uncompleted stays. We reserve the right to price changes and printing errors. Registration of information Svinkløv Camping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database.
