Booking and Confirmation
When you make a booking via our online booking system or by email, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation. The confirmation contains details of your purchase, including arrival and departure times. The agreement is binding when you have received the confirmation.
Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and all taxes. Payment is made using approved payment cards via our online booking system. Any fees are charged in accordance with applicable rules from Nets and other financial institutions.
Stay
Your stay is valid from arrival on the day of arrival until departure on the day of departure, as stated in your confirmation. Please note that unused days are non-refundable once the stay has commenced.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking. There is no right of withdrawal for accommodation bookings in accordance with applicable consumer legislation regarding exceptions for lodging. You can read more about the right of withdrawal at www.forbrug.dk.
Cancellation terms:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 75% refunded.
- 9–29 days before arrival: 50% refunded.
- 0-8 days before arrival: No refund.
Cancellations or changes must be made in writing by email to info@svinkloevcamping.dk, stating your booking number.
No refunds are given for shortened stays or early departures.
Bookings cannot be transferred to others, and changes of persons during the stay are not permitted.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of DKK 200.
Liability and Reservations
We strive to accommodate your preferences. If necessary, we reserve the right to change a reserved pitch or cabin to one of equivalent standard.
We reserve the right for errors in prices, calculations and printing.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, including circumstances beyond our control, we are not liable for cancelled or interrupted stays.
Processing of Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
We register your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with your booking. The data is used to complete your reservation and provide customer service.
Your data is not disclosed to third parties. It is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with legislation. You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data. Please contact us at info@svinkloevcamping.dk if you wish to do so.
Cookies and Security
We use cookies and an encrypted connection to protect your data. Payments are processed via a secure server.
Secure Payment
You can safely make purchases via our online booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected against misuse of your payment card, and you are not liable for unauthorised transactions.
